DERRICK W. BROOKS: President & CEO
As President and CEO, Derrick has been involved with Sports and Entertainment for over ten years. A product of Philadelphia, Derrick created a solid career with Philadelphia’s premier sports & entertainment company Comcast-Spectacor, where he had the opportunity to work for the Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Phantoms, and Philadelphia Wings. Derrick also played a role in the success of events that included concerts, x-games, Harlem Globetrotters, Disney shows, the AND1 basketball tour, and Villanova University.

Derrick’s knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry has allowed him to receive experience not only in client management, but also in marketing, public relations, community projects organization, college programs, and the generating of corporate partnerships. Derrick is a graduate of Temple University.


GREGG N. COTLER, ESQ: Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Gregg brings over 20 years of legal experience Corporate Business Development and Consulting, Contracts, and Sports & Entertainment Law to Artizen Management Group.

As a valuable member of team, Gregg brings with him multiple awards in the legal field; including the prestigious American Jurisprudence Award and the American Civil Liberties Award. Gregg has an unbridled passion toward creating successful careers for our clients both on and off the field.  He is extremely diligent in the relentless pursuit of opportunities for clients’ in order to ensure their financial success and security now and into the future. Gregg received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.


ERIC BERGER: Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Eric Berger, brings to Artizen over 25 years of success in entrepreneurship from business start-up to the operations.  As an owner and partner, Eric has a diverse network of contacts that expands across the globe from his corporate dealings in the purchase and sale of wholesale steel and metal.  In addition to the steel industry, Eric’s other entities have ranged from the distribution of materials for use in the production of off-shore petroleum drilling and ship building to a commodities corporation that operates as a salvage merchant in the acquisition and re-sell of first quality goods and materials.

His distinctive background allows for instant access to untapped resources and opportunities for Artizen clients. Eric’s focus on providing valuable business opportunities to our clients make certain they maintain a superior quality of life long after their playing careers are over.

Both family oriented and civic minded, Eric also has a passion for sports and entertainment that he has successfully channeled into building Artizen and supporting our clients’ financial needs. Eric attended the University of Maryland where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration.


JON RIVKIND, ESQ: Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Jon brings a wealth of experience to Artizen Management Group in business development, consulting, and public relations.

After receiving his law degree, Jon has been involved in the political arena, acting in the capacity of both Legal and Communications Director for local and national political campaigns, in addition to owning and operating numerous business entities. His unique perspective and thorough understanding of customer centricity ensures that each client receives individual attention and service that is essential, yet uncommon in the area of Sports and Entertainment Management. His role with Artizen includes the design and oversight of the internal infrastructure, while consistently researching and reporting on business and promotional opportunities for our clients  Jon attended Penn State University and received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Temple University.


ALLEN STERN: Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Allen brings 20 years of experience in strategic marketing development and media relations.  Allen’s track record of structuring marketing partnerships, defining the target market, and identifying appropriate corporate relationships highlighting each players strengths, talents, and interests helps maximize endorsement opportunities.

Allen’s role at Artizen is to seek out and secure for our clients endorsements, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and appearances at the local, regional, and national level.  Developing a strategic marketing plan that is unique and specific to each client, while providing opportunities to expand and diversify their business interests across all media platforms, is what clients can expect from Allen and the Artizen team.  Allen received both his undergraduate degree and MBA from the Ohio State University.


MIKE MORAK: Client Operations Coordinator
As Client Operations Coordinator, Mike is responsible for the coordination and oversight of Artizen’s client base.  Along with a team of Client Relationship Professionals, Mike is responsible for ensuring that all client requests are fully implemented and is also involved with bringing constant improvement and innovation to Artizen’s strategic client initiatives.

A graduate of Misericordia University in Pennsylvania.
